Shipping a head to the USA is $75.

Some of these heads have been sitting on my shelf for a while. I don't know the condition of any of the lifters.

Head #1
1.6TD - 0.003" warpage. 2 of the injector bosses have been repaired in the past $100

Head #2
1.6TD 0.004" warpage. One cracked injector boss, no lifters or cam $40

Head #3 SOLD
1.6NA 0.003" warpage NO CRACKS between valves. 2 precups have very small cracks. I tried to get a picture of the larger of the two $120

Head #4 SOLD
AAZ 0.003" warpage. The head isn't fully cleaned so the warpage may be less. NO CRACKS between valves. At least 2 valves are bent. No lifter bore damage. Cam shows some wear. Likely has 7mm valves $150

Head #5
AAZ 0.008" warpage. Likely has 8mm valves. good for parts for above AAZ head (just swap valve guides to convert 7 to 8mm) - $60 - will part out

Would the .003 AAZ head be useable if all the guides and valves were replaced? I don't know off-hand what the "acceptable" warpage is on a diesel head.

0.004" is the maximum allowable warpage so technically it's fine, but I would have it machined (should cost $50-$100)
