Hi, up for sale is this Callaway Turbo Kit off my MK1 Caddy. This came with the truck from the original owner. I had the turbo rebuilt and it's only seen synthetic oil (Schaffers). It is in great condition with no shaft play. You will need the oil feed line and the intake and exhaust gaskets. Asking $475 plus shipping. Let me know if you have any questions. My cell is 1-773-592-1515.
Thanks for looking,
Jeff B.
Update:9-18-11
TO MAKE THIS EVEN MORE TEMPTING, I WILL INCLUDE A SET OF GTD INJECTORS. SUPER LOW MILEAGE (<5K) CLEANED AND POP TESTED.
AND, I WILL EAT THE SHIPPING COSTS IN THE US (Outside the US, lets talk)
This is what it would look like assembled on a head. I've also included an adapter to start the intercooler plumbing and a custom intake for the air cleaner. The exhaust down pipe and flange is also included, but the pipe should used as a guide to build a 3" downpipe.

It looks like you would have to flip the turbo to make that work on a Mk2.
Cool kit though

Flipping and clocking the turbo housing is easy on this turbo. Here's some pics on how I plumed the IC on the Caddy. I used an IC from a Starion. It fits, I used tubing from a Saab Turbo and Volvo Turbo at the junk yard. Here are some pics of what I did.

that turbo looks HUGE, i bet its worse than a stock T3, performance wise..
i bet it pulls like hell up top tho..
wish i had the money, i would buy the kit just to hang it on my wall..
(maybe run it if i had a car worthy of it)

The pics on the work bench I gotta blame on the camera. A little bit wide angle, kinda like when you hold the fish you just caught up to the camera.
I'll try to get the specs posted. It really didn't spool that bad with a 2.5 in down pipe. 3 would be more free flowing.

its still bigger than the stock T3.. those are big turbos, ive seen one in person before.. just the turbo, not the whole kit..

How would this setup work on a gasser?

Here are the numbers on the housings. On the cold side the wheel is 43.5 mm with an A/R of 60. On the hot side it's 55 mm and the A/R is .4
I would think it would work fine on a gasser. If I understand correctly, there is more BTU output in diesel (at the explosion, more hot gas} but the gasser will be able to turn higher RPM, so the gasser output would still be more than adequate.
R.O.R-2.0 Do you know the specs of the stock T3 for comparison?
Cheers,
-JB

i dont remember the EXACT specs of the T3, but hearing the specs on the roto, i am almost positive the T3 is smaller..
if my rabbit sells, and this kit hasnt, im going to purchase it to hang on my wall until i have a car worthy of it
